Mould inspection involves many aspects, such as: mould strength, mould flow analysis, mould injection, cooling system, guide system, various accessories specifications, customer machine selection and customer special mould requirements, etc., all must meet the test of Jingzan mould design standards.

Manual Inspection

The quality inspection department submits the inspection report within 24 hours after the mould was inspected. The report should include product dimensions, appearance, injection parameters and physical parameters. We use different inspection standards and tools for different products. The quality inspection department inspects the mould for high-speed operation, high-pressure holding pressure, and high-speed injection. We have accumulated rich experience in the field of plastic moulds and laid the foundation for providing customers with better solutions. With the continuous upgrading of testing equipment, our product testing has become more and more professional and reliable.

Mould Inspection Before Shipment

Strict acceptance of moulds according to order documents, customer requirements and company standards. These order documents, along with other inspection reports, must be on file before moulds are shipped. Each mould is packaged accordingly to ensure the mould is safe and undamaged before being delivered to you.
