Then, they will formulate the corresponding process flow and Strictly follow the process flow, so that the mold can be accurately formed.

Finishing

The fine processing of mold products after CNC cutting includes the control of details such as product size after the mold is put into production.

High-speed cutting (HSM) is an important key technology widely used in existing milling technology. It can not only mill hardened materials, but also achieve excellent machining accuracy and surface quality. The HSM finishing process is known to include a large number of dense toolpaths to obtain high-precision moulds.

Texture Engraving

Specific products or manufactured products with special features, including complex patterns or designs, rely on the computer control of a CNC engraving machine.
