In terms of cooling system, we adopt an excellent cooling system and optimized hot runner system. This design helps improve the moulding accuracy and surface finish of food container moulds, while shortening the production cycle and improving production efficiency. We use DIN 1.2738 steel to make the food container mould. This high-quality steel provides a good polish and a long-lasting finish that holds up to long-term high-pressure injection moulding.
