1. Trial steps and actions
A. Before trial molding, check whether the mold is assembled and whether the raw materials are dry
B. Before changing the mold, spray rust inhibitor on the mold during production, replace the mold and return it to its original position, and fill out the record form
C. When loading the mold, it should be aligned with the center point of the mold before carrying out mold mounting work. The mold must be locked tightly and checked for the effectiveness of high-pressure locking. The locking force depends on the size of the mold, and the high pressure required for large molds is 80-90 PMa; The high pressure required for small molds is 40-65 PMa; After adjusting the lock mold high pressure, adjust the switch mold to the normal speed and adjust the low pressure time, distance, pressure, and speed. Low pressure work is very important during normal production. The reason for mold damage is that the low pressure work is incomplete, resulting in mold damage
D. When cleaning the material pipe, other colored raw materials and impurities inside the pipe should be removed, and the injection pressure, pressure holding pressure, injection time, and pressure holding time should be reduced to 50PMa; Adjust to the required pressure according to the product condition, and compare the low-pressure forming condition sample, medium pressure forming condition sample, and high pressure forming condition sample to analyze the flow channel mode
E. Before mold testing, manually test the mold to confirm whether the demolding action is smooth and the return condition. Spray the demolding agent until the mother mold is in place before adjusting the demolding position
F. The quantity of each trial mold is based on the production management notice, and the mold department must be notified to confirm the trial mold action together before each trial run; After testing the product, go to the customer for review After the review is completed, fill out the forming condition record form and mold condition form
G. When the trial mold is completed, the mold is sprayed with rust inhibitor first, and the mold is lowered to the mold department for modification work,
H. Each trial mold must follow the above items before trial mold, with accurate trial time and personnel dispatched by superiors. Do not trial mold without permission
2. Key precautions for mold testing
When we receive a new mold that needs to be sampled and tested, we always aspire to produce a result earlier and pray for a smooth process to avoid wasting time and causing trouble. However, here we must remind two points:
A. As soon as the machine is opened, the mold is checked to confirm whether all the mechanisms of the mold are smooth. If there are any problems, immediately stop the action to avoid unnecessary severity. If there are no problems, repeat the reciprocating action several times before proceeding to the next action
B. Before injection, confirm the mold locking force, the first mold finished product can only be shot to 80% full mold. If there is no problem, test under normal conditions, confirm that the sample meets the customer's standard, and then carry out the next action of high and low pressure test. The high pressure is 20 PMa high under normal conditions, and the low pressure is 10 PMa low under normal conditions, to carry out mold analysis.
