1. Mold structure design

3. Mould accessories

Sliding guide pins, guide sleeves, lifters, etc. are all wear-resistant standard parts to ensure the service life of the mold.

4. Handling the mold

Quenching the mold, heat treatment increases the hardness, and then the nitriding temperature is lower, the mold no longer needs to be quenched. The mold has high surface hardness and wear resistance greater than HV850.
