Detailed Description

Our company produces beer bottle, cola bottle turnover box molds, and provides customers with molding solutions for bottle turnover boxes!
The latest cola box mold design: the cavity has four sliders, and the corners of the sliders are simultaneously driven by connecting rods, and the core part has four inclined tops and push plates, which can make the product fall off automatically. In order to improve higher efficiency, we use (beryllium bronze) material for the lifter and the bottom of the cavity, which greatly reduces the forming cycle of the product. For this type of Coke case, the cycle reaches 38 seconds per die. And we can do (one out of two).
The Coke case is a popular design that protects the glass bottle from the shock of the truck and the collision of the Coke bottles.

Each pair of molds is divided into male mold and female mold for independent clamping to ensure mold concentricity.
The material is generally P20, 718, NAK80, S136, etc.
Reasonable cooling water channel design, inlaid with beryllium copper, strengthens the cooling effect of the mold and effectively shortens the injection molding cycle.
