We manufacture all kinds of large molds, such as trash can molds, industrial molds. Pallet boxes, pallet logistics molds, not all factories can manufacture. Because these products are relatively large and require a certain amount of technology.
In general, for example, the plastic tray mold adopts the I-die structure, the cavity and core are P20 or 2738, the slider, guide chute, and insert are 2316 or 718, and the guide post, guide sleeve, gate sleeve, pull material The rod and reset rod adopt SKD standard parts.

There are four common methods for making trays: 1. Injection molding; 2. Blow molding; 3. Vacuum forming; 4. Extrusion.

Maintenance of the tray mold: 1. After the mold is installed, open the mold and clean all parts of the mold, especially the guide mechanism. For the surface part mold, the surface should be cleaned to ensure the quality of the parts; 2 pairs The sliding parts of the mold are lubricated and greased; 3. Inspection of all parts of the mold, especially the safety parts. Such as: safety side pins, safety screws, side guards, punching waste channels, etc.
