Detailed Description

After years of innovative research and development on Tritan/PET materials, we have systematically solved the characteristics of Tritan/PET materials by means of hot runner technology, water cooling and strict injection molding technology. We use imported S136 steel for our molds, and use the hardness and corrosion resistance of steel to reasonably solve this shortcoming.

1. Reasonable cooling water channel design strengthens the cooling effect of the mold and effectively shortens the injection molding cycle.

2. The main raw material of the mold adopts imported S136 material (Sweden-Assab).

3. The mold base material adopts P20 material and undergoes electroplating treatment, which improves the corrosion resistance of the mold and prolongs the service life of the mold.

4. The heat treatment of the parts is processed in a vacuum furnace imported from Germany, and the hardness of the parts is guaranteed to be HRC48°-52°.
